Job Description

Job Overview Manage Digital projects involving the understanding of business needs as well as existing digital technologies. Design and deliver core and ad hoc analysis, along with first level interpretation to provide insights and support decision making by individuals, business group managers, and division leaders Proactively identify root causes on KPI changes and update management Work closely with developers to quality of data and dashboard designers to provide meaningful views to the business-critical information. Communicate with multiple teams to gather information and provide management level summary. Solve ad-hoc requirement of Management related to data for critical decision making Provide trainings and presentations to the Sales Team Provide clarifications, and support to the technical development team What your background should look like: BA/BS in Business / Data related, MBA preferred 4+ years of professional experience in either Sales, Analytics, Project Management or similar function. Experience in handling large volumes of data, providing insights, spotting anomalies, identifying trends and complex relationships. Exposure to working with Sales KPIs. Experience on translating business questions to insights and analytical solutions Expert level in MS Office Experience on analytical tools like Tableau/Power BI are preferred Knowledgeable of Sales data and processes Experience in Project Management (Waterfall/Agile) Experience in Automotive Industry Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
