We are looking for a Senior Consultant with experience in Informatica Data Governance product stack (CDGC) to join our Professional Services team in

Your Role Responsibilities Here's What You'll Do

• Support variety of Informatica Data Governance (DG) and latest tech products - CDGC, CDQ etc.
• Proactively work with the team on managing and monitoring customer environments
• Develop, test and deploy data governance solutions in accordance with customer's schedule
• Support enhancement on the different areas of implemented product/s
• Document and review requirements, services requests, enhancements, operational activities, technical and specifications changes
• Coordinate Informatica upgrades and installation related areas
• Support P0/P1 escalations
• Guide projects using the Informatica Velocity Methodology to ensure customer success and a high return on Informatica software investment
• Author and publish knowledgebase articles and serve as a go-to resource within the practice for technical information
• Provide regular reports to communicate project status both internally and externally

• You utilize your excellent technical knowledge on CDGC and consulting skills to solve customers complex business problems by seamless implementation of Informatica Data Governance products.
• Strong client facing negotiation, communication, issue resolution and analytical skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism
• Experience in leading team and multiple projects
• Demonstrate a strong desire to grow both technically and as a trusted team player

Role Essentials

• Expert-level skills in Informatica DG implementation - Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC)
• Catalog Resource Configuration & onboarding (Cloud/On-prem) including Data Profiling and Quality, Data Observability, Data Classification & Glossary Association
• Creation of CDGC facets using Bulk Upload Templates & through UI
• Creation of Custom Workflows in CDGC, Creation of DQ Rule Occurrence & DQ Rule Template in CDGC, Integration of CDGC & CDQ
• Integration of CDGC & CDP and Publishing DQ score via Scorecard Generation in CDGC

• BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
