Senior Consultant - Golang

As a Senior Software Developer at Thoughtworks, you will collaborate with Business and Quality Analysts, Designers, Project Managers, and other team members to design software solutions that drive meaningful change for clients. Your role involves understanding the context of a business problem and writing clean, iterative code to deliver powerful results. By advocating for better engineering practices and finding the right solutions, you will bring integrity to technology. - Foster collaboration and healthy debate within the team - Mentor junior-level consultants and assess team health, code quality, and nonfunctional requirements - Learn and implement best practices such as TDD, pair programming, and design patterns - Advocate for continuous delivery practices and contribute to building innovative customer experiences - Collaborate with team members to build features, design concepts, and interactive prototypes - Address client problems using the latest technology trends and DevSecOps tools - Act as a mentor for less-experienced peers through technical knowledge and leadership skills Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience - Proficiency in Golang and at least one more development language - Experience in Object-Oriented programming - Comfort with Agile methodologies, TDD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery - Working knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker Additionally, Thoughtworks prioritizes learning and development, offering various career paths supported by interactive tools, development programs, and supportive teammates.
