Desired qualifications

• Proficient in the Braze marketing platform with expertise in data model design and campaign orchestration.
• Strong background in lifecycle programs, personalization, and marketing data optimization, including list cleansing.
• Strong understanding of data security and privacy technologies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Hands-on experience in data optimization, hygiene, and personalized campaign creation using Liquid/API trigger fields.
• Deep expertise in Liquid syntax, Webhooks, APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for enhanced campaign execution.
• Strong business acumen in digital marketing strategies and operations.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively in teams, manage processes, and adapt to dynamic workflows.
• Experience with Braze SDK integration and mobile app marketing campaigns.
• Exposure to third-party integrations (e.g., Segment, mParticle, Amplitude) and real-time data ingestion.
• Familiarity with marketing automation concepts, user journey design, and engagement best practices.
• Braze Level 1 & Level 2 Certification is highly desirable.

• Role Description:

  • Develop and execute campaigns across Email, Push (In-App, Web-push), and SMS using Braze Campaign and Canvas.
  • Manage API triggers, custom events, app configurations, custom attributes, campaign workflows, access management, folder hierarchies, tracking reports, and message center setup.
  • Hands-on experience in IP warming and migration campaigns is essential.
  • Expertise in campaign-related activities, including Webhooks, API-triggered actions, landing page development, scripting, ETL setup, and data flow management.
  • Integrate campaigns with external tools using web services (SOAP, REST APIs) and scripting languages.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating directly with marketing teams.
  • Analyze the performance of digital marketing deliverables, measure against objectives, and provide actionable insights through detailed reports.
  • Ensure flawless campaign delivery, troubleshoot arising issues, and implement preventive measures for future optimization.
