Job Description

In this role as an IT - Applications Management Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and providing support for Point of Sales platforms for clients to facilitate Sales Processes within life Insurance Distribution channels. Your primary focus will be on hands-on software engineering, where you will utilize your passion for solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders and adherence to software development lifecycle processes will be key in delivering leading-edge technology for digital capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver technical excellence by translating business requirements into well-architected software solutions - Participate in and sometimes lead technical discussions with the team - Adhere to platform-related technical standards and processes - Develop data integration, migration, and deployment strategies - Deliver applications following relevant IT policies and procedures - Contribute to the company's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Identify and collaboratively solve complex problems - Contribute to the technical training and development of the team Qualifications Required: - Strong background in design/development and support of large web-based systems - Experience with Agile development methodologies and complexity estimation - Proficiency in Java 11+, RESTful APIs, Microservices development, ReactJS, Redux, ES6, React Native, TDD/BDD, RDBMS & NoSQL, transcompiler tools, performance measuring tools, component libraries, code version control tools, DevOps, and Cloud platforms - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent/higher - Fluency in written and spoken English - 6-8 years of experience in Frontend Development, with skills in Angular and AngularJS About The Company: Infogain is a human-centered digital platform and software engineering company headquartered in Silicon Valley.
