Senior Consultant - Design Management

You will be a valuable member of the Integrated Design Delivery (IDD) Team, supporting the ME IDD team members in overseeing projects from a design perspective. Your role involves developing and executing design management plans, ensuring design compliance with project objectives, and facilitating effective collaboration among internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include assisting in establishing design requirements, leading design review processes, coordinating with various disciplines, and providing technical support for design programs. You will play a key role in reviewing design changes, maintaining project budgets, and ensuring client requirements are met through well-coordinated and high-quality design solutions. Key Competencies / Skills **Mandatory Skills:** - Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Design Management for multidisciplinary Property & Buildings projects. - Proficiency in relevant Codes and Standards. - Familiarity with software such as Navisworks, AutoCAD, MS Office, and InDesign (or equivalent). - Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities. - Excellent command of the English language. **Desired Skills:** - Experience with Revit. - Membership or progress towards a Professional body membership is advantageous. - Background in international engineering consultancy. - Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. - Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision. - Knowledge of Revit software is beneficial. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Science. Your role will involve interacting with clients, preparing reports and presentations, and overseeing the design process from inception to project handover. You will be instrumental in ensuring that design standards are met and that projects are delivered successfully within specified timelines and budgets.,
