• Optimize code, performance, and architecture to support automation, personalization, and AI/ML enablement
• Influence tech strategy through hands-on prototyping, solutioning, and architecture decisions
• Contribute to technical architecture and advise on platform decisions to support next-gen HR capabilities

Power BI + MS Suite Expert - 1 position

• Design and deliver dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, and the broader MS ecosystem
• Leverage CoPilot and AI tools within Microsoft 365 to enhance decision intelligence and workflow automation
• Translate HR data into actionable insights that improve experience, performance, and adoption
• Build robust data models and pipelines to ensure consistency, traceability, and storytelling through metrics
