Job Description

Design and develop custom modules, extensions, and integrations within the SAP Commerce (Hybris) platform.

Work on complex B2C and/or B2B commerce implementations, migrations, and upgrades.

Optimize performance and scalability of the SAP Commerce platform.

Implement RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, PIM, payment gateways).

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment strategies.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).

Technical Skills:

Must-Have:

5+ years of experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) development (versions 6.x or 1905 and above preferred).

Strong Java, Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security), and J2EE expertise.

Experience with Hybris Core Platform, Backoffice, PCM, Solr Search, Impex/Hotfolder, CronJobs, WCMS, SmartEdit.

RESTful web services (Spring Web Services or similar).

Database design and SQL (MySQL, Oracle, or SAP HANA).

Experience with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).

Familiarity with build tools like Maven and deployment automation (Jenkins, Bamboo).

Understanding of SAP integrations (SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform Integration).
