EY's Financial Services Office (FSO) is an industry-focused business unit that provides integrated services leveraging deep industry experience with strong functional capability and product knowledge. The FSO practice offers advisory services to financial institutions and capital markets participants, including commercial banks, investment banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, and insurance functions of leading Fortune 500 companies. Within EY's FSO Advisory Practice, the Data and Analytics team addresses complex issues and opportunities to deliver better outcomes that help expand and safeguard businesses now and in the future. By embedding the right analytical practices at the core of clients" decision-making, we create a compelling business case. Key Responsibilities: The role requires good data visualization development experience, and the candidate must have a strong ability to: - Work both as a team player and an individual contributor throughout design, development, and delivery phases with a focus on quality deliverables. - Collaborate with clients directly to understand requirements and provide inputs to build optimal solutions. - Develop new capabilities for clients through visualization dashboards in tools like PowerBI, QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau, etc. - Provide support in organization-level initiatives and operational activities. - Ensure continuous knowledge management and participate in all internal training programs. Qualifications: - BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with 3-6 years of industry experience Technical Skills Requirement: Must have: - Excellent visualization design and development experience with tools like Tableau, QlikView, Power BI. - Experience in designing and building dashboard automation processes and organizing analysis findings. - Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SQL; relational database experience with DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata. - Ability to interpret and present data effectively to communicate findings and insights. Good to have: - Understanding of Data Management concepts and Data Strategy. - Experience with data preparation tools like Alteryx. - Knowledge of data concepts such as Data Warehouses, Data Marts, data extraction, preparation processes, and Data Modeling. - Understanding of Data governance and Data security importance. - Experience in Banking and Capital Markets domains.
