Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Construction Engineer, based in Pune. The Senior Construction Engineer will manage and oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects. Daily tasks include reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, supervising construction activities, inspecting project progress, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The role also involves overseeing the operation of heavy equipment and addressing engineering challenges as they arise to maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
• Experience with interpreting and managing Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of Heavy Equipment operation and its integration into project plans
• Strong skills in site Inspection and quality assurance protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Relevant certifications or licenses in construction engineering or civil engineering are beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or residential/commercial projects is preferred
