Senior Construction Engineer

You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of villa projects at Athene Constructions. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, reviewing structural drawings and BOQs, and coordinating with various stakeholders such as architects, consultants, contractors, and site engineers. Additionally, you will be implementing quality protocols for various construction works and driving digital reporting through Powerplay & Zoho Projects for daily updates, checklists, and quality audits. Monitoring project timelines, costs, and resource allocation, mentoring junior engineers and supervisors, and reporting progress and challenges to the Project Manager/Director will also be part of your key responsibilities. Qualification Required: - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred) - 7-12 years of proven experience in residential/villa construction - Strong knowledge of IS codes, quality control, and modern construction techniques - Familiarity with digital tools such as PowerPlay, Zoho, MS Project, and AutoCAD - Excellent leadership, communication, and contractor management skills - Ability to solve on-site challenges proactively Join Athene Constructions for the opportunity to work on landmark residential projects in Coimbatore.
