Senior Conference Producer

You are an experienced Conference Producer with a background in organizing and executing events focused on the blockchain industry. You possess a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem. In this role, you will conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality conferences that bring together industry experts, thought leaders, and stakeholders in the gaming space. Your responsibilities will include researching Web3 technologies, collaborating with experts, and creating engaging session topics for content development. You will also identify and invite high-profile speakers, ensuring alignment with conference objectives for speaker acquisition. Coordinating event logistics, venue selection, and collaborating with the events team for logistics and operations will be crucial. Additionally, developing and implementing marketing strategies, collaborating with the marketing team for effective promotion, and fostering audience engagement for networking and collaboration will be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in Conference Production, preferably in Web3 events, is essential. A strong understanding of blockchain, decentralized applications, and the Web3 ecosystem is required. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills will be beneficial.
