Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Conference Producer located in India. The Senior Conference Producer will be responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, creation, and execution of high-quality conferences. Key tasks include conducting detailed market research, acquiring and collaborating with industry-leading speakers, creating innovative conference agendas, and ensuring the smooth management of live events. The position requires collaborating with internal teams, developing strong partnerships, and maintaining the highest standards in event management to deliver impactful and engaging conferences.

• Expertise in Conference Production and Event Management
• Strong skills in Market Research to identify trends and gather insights
• Proficiency in Communication, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship building
• Experience in Speaker Acquisition, including identifying and securing high-profile industry leaders
• Ability to think strategically, manage projects effectively, and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus
