Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. - Proven experience in conference production, event planning, and marketing. - Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital tactics, and social media. - Excellent project management, written, and verbal communication skills. - Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique formats, campaigns, and branding strategies. - Proficiency in event management software and tools. - Networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders. - Experience in sourcing speakers, crafting session synopses, and agenda development. - Analytical mindset to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
