Senior Concept Artist

As a Senior Concept Artist at our company, you will be an integral part of the creative team. Your role will involve creating high-quality concept art for characters, environments, props, and game assets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential for maintaining consistency and achieving the desired art style. Key Responsibilities: - Develop original concept art for characters, environments, props, and some UI elements. - Translate design briefs and game documents into visually compelling artwork. - Collaborate with art directors, leads, and 3D teams to ensure consistency in art style. - Provide multiple variations and incorporate feedback-driven improvements. - Utilize both manual artistic techniques (sketching, painting) and AI-assisted tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo AI, Gemini AI, etc.). - Create presentation-ready assets including sketches, base colors, polished renders, and expressions. - Mentor junior artists, offer constructive feedback, and uphold high production quality standards. - Manage timelines and deliverables effectively within monthly billing cycles. Qualifications: - 5+ years of professional experience as a Concept Artist, preferably in the gaming industry. - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both stylized and realistic art styles. - Proficiency in digital painting tools such as Photoshop, Procreate, or similar software. - Familiarity with AI art generation tools and ability to integrate them into the workflow. - Solid understanding of color theory, composition, perspective, and anatomy. - Capability to create detailed front, side, and back views for production-ready assets. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong teamwork abilities. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks and meet deadlines consistently.,
