Job Description

Skills and Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in handling end to end corporate compliance, shops and establishment act, wage administration, etc. Expertise in labor law and statutory audit. Familiar with local legal requirements of different localities/states in India. Ability to liaison with government authorities. Deep knowledge in advance excel. Roles and Responsibilities: PF, ESIC, PT calculation challan generation and remittance. To Make sure the organization complying as per state labor laws. Liaising with various departments and authorities. Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual returns as applicable under statutory compliance. Conducting audit as per the state acts and publishing the compliance report. Preparing statutory registers for all MedGenome and its Acquired entities, Contractors, under all applicable labor laws. Applying licenses under labor Act throughout PAN India like Shop & Establishment Registration, Trade license, CLRA License, 365 days working exemption certificate, maintaining records in electronic format exemption certificate, Women working in shift exemption certificates etc. Statutory Compliance Activities on PAN India for various locations & our sites transcription, trading and retail etc. in respect of compliance activity end to end. Provide on job training and knowledge transfer on compliance activities Ensure the inputs reach the Manager on time in way of MIS. Maintain Employee Records, Exits, including Final settlements and ensure updates them in timely basis. Maintain employee records for various statutory & operational audit. All legal cases / notices need to be front end from initiation to closure pertaining to Human Resources. There will be 25% travelling within India. Educational Qualification: Masters in HR or MSW in HR specialized in Industrial Relations & Labor law.
