Role & responsibilities Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, ESI, PF, gratuity, and other applicable laws. Calculate, manage, and process gratuity payments in accordance with the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972. Maintain accurate records of employee tenure and gratuity eligibility. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies. Liaise with regulatory authorities to resolve compliance issues and ensure timely submissions. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations, including gratuity-related amendments, and update company policies accordingly. Preferred candidate profile SHOULD SPEAK HINDI & ENGLISH Male candidates can apply Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in compliance or taxation are a plus. Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements, including gratuity laws. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
