As a Senior Closing Manager for residential projects in East Pune, especially around Keshav Nagar, your role will involve driving sales and exceeding monthly/quarterly targets. You will build strong relationships with buyers and channel partners, assist with site visits, stay updated on the local market, and ensure smooth deal closure for clients. Your negotiation skills will be key in closing deals while maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Sell residential projects and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Build strong relationships with buyers and channel partners. - Assist with site visits, showcasing key features and USP. - Stay updated on the local market, pricing, and competitor activity. - Assist clients with paperwork and ensure smooth deal closure. - Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Experience in selling East Pune residential projects (especially Keshav Nagar). - Good network and PR with local channel partners. - Proven track record in real estate sales and achieving targets. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
