Job Description

As a Senior Client Service Technical Support Engineer at Navaera Software Services Pvt. Ltd. (NSS), you will play a crucial role in providing ongoing support to end-users by effectively translating system issues into understandable business messages and vice versa. Your responsibilities will include leading problem-resolution for system escalations, collaborating with various teams to identify growth opportunities, and ensuring continuous support for the changing needs of the business and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Be a strategic partner by aligning the Services systems with the business perspective - Lead triage and customer remediation activities for production system issues - Identify and analyze potential problems, focusing on root causes and solutions - Escalate issues effectively, communicating with the team and business partners for resolution - Provide reporting/analytics on service systems and collect end-user feedback to drive enhancements - Identify process improvement opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional partners - Act as a subject matter expert on service systems and their impact on business operations - Provide system support from production to implementation, including system maintenance and analysis - Analyze configuration requests and collaborate with partners for alignment - Offer system expertise during design and conduct user acceptance testing for new functionality - Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences and vice versa Required Qualifications and Experience: Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in retail, services, or related areas - 3+ years of business and technical experience supporting business operations - 1+ years of experience in driving successful operational effectiveness - 1+ years of direct leadership experience Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - US B1 Visa (Required) - 1+ years of experience in data analytics - 1+ years of project management experience - 2+ years of experience with SQL - 2+ years of experience with Java in a support role - Effective communication skills in written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation - Ability to partner and lead peers and leaders to drive decisions and outcomes - Ability to understand and explain technical concepts - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Proven ability to drive positive change - Proficient in Microsoft Office platform - Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (Note: Omitted additional details of the company as it was not present in the provided job description),
