Job Description

As a Senior Client Service Engineer at Navaera Software Services Pvt. Ltd. (NSS), a division of Navaera Worldwide, LLC, you will play a key role in providing ongoing support to end-users by effectively translating system issues into business consumable messages and vice versa. With a deep understanding of the business, you will lead problem-resolution for system escalations, driving discussions, and recommendations to ensure efficient outcomes on behalf of the enterprise. Your responsibilities will include acting as a subject matter expert for systems across the Services enterprise, collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external teams to identify growth opportunities, support changing business needs, and provide guidance on system-related queries. You will be required to communicate technical and non-technical information clearly, understanding the implications for the business. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the business perspective and how Services systems support business operations - Lead triage and remediation activities for production system issues - Identify and analyze potential problems, determining root causes and solutions - Escalate issues effectively, driving resolution with team and business partners - Provide and review reporting/analytics on service systems - Collect end-user feedback to drive systematic enhancements and process efficiencies - Identify process improvement opportunities and partner with Operations for efficiency gains - Serve as a subject matter expert on service systems and their impact on business operations - Provide system support from production to implementation, including maintenance on business configurable items - Analyze configuration requests and collaborate with partners for alignment - Offer system expertise during design and conduct user acceptance testing on new functionality - Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences and vice versa effectively Required Qualifications and Experience Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in retail, services, or related areas - 3+ years of business and technical experience supporting business operations - 1+ years of experience in driving successful operational effectiveness - 1+ years of direct leadership experience Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - US B1 Visa (Required) - 1+ years of experience in data analytics - 1+ years of project management experience - 2+ years of experience with SQL - 2+ years of experience with Java in a support role - Effective communication skills - Ability to partner and lead peers and leaders for positive outcomes - Proficiency in technical concepts explanation - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office platform - Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Job Type: Full-time Benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Night shift Application Question(s): - Total years of experience in Client Support - Notice period in Days - Current annual CTC - Expected annual CTC Work Location: In person,
