Senior Client Relations Executive (Female)

Job Description as Follows

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
• Identify and assess client needs to offer suitable solutions.
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on service performance and value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Track and report on client metrics.
• Maintain database of the Product and Project Location.
• Enhance Clients deal with proper data base
• Own and develop relationship with Clients, rapport with them to optimize and enhance our integration
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to sales team.

Qualification : Any Degree in UG/PG

Strong Communication level in English.

Experience ; 2 to 4 Years of experience in Customer/Client Relation.
