Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute civil construction work, including structural and finishing phases, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
  • Interpret construction drawings and layout plans accurately and ensure work is carried out as per specifications.
  • Plan daily, weekly, and monthly site activities in coordination with the project schedule.
  • Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), including material consumption, labor deployment, and work completed.
  • Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring minimal wastage of materials and resources.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality control protocols.
  • Identify potential issues or delays and proactively communicate them to project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work progress aligns with project plans and specifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Structural & Finishing works: 7 years (Required)
  • Preparation of DPR: 7 years (Required)
  • Substation Construction: 5 years (Required)
