Senior Engineers will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of construction projects at construction sites. Expertise in construction engineering and strong leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving our goals.

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage residential/commercial real estate construction projects on-site from initiation to completion.
• Prepare project execution plans, timelines, budgets, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Review engineering drawings and designs for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permit requirements.
• Identify construction risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Enforce high standards of safety, quality control, and cost-efficiency.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor finishing activities to meet project timelines.
• Supervise and manage all finishing works including tiling, plastering, painting, false ceiling, joinery, and other interior finishes.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum

  7-8 years of experience

  in construction engineering with a proven track record of managing real estate construction projects.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Alu Form construction, Finishing , RCC.

• Strong knowledge of modern construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Proficient in using construction management tools and project tracking software.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
