Senior CGI Artist (3D Generalist)

As a Senior CGI Artist at OLIVER+, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of marketing materials using your expertise in CGI skills. Your role will involve working on various projects from start to finish, collaborating with global teams, producing creative CGI assets, and ensuring the quality and impact of the work. You will also be expected to lead and oversee junior 3D/CGI artists, contributing to their skill development and career growth. - Work on projects from ideation to implementation, collaborating with global teams. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Create creative and impactful CGI assets with a clear rationale. - Act as a brand guardian and ensure consistency in brand representation. - Utilize existing assets and stock imagery to create relevant content when necessary. - Stay updated on current design and technology trends. - Produce 3D animations, photorealistic pack shots, motion graphics, explainer videos, and real-time experiences. - Lead, develop, and oversee junior 3D/CGI artists to assist in their skill development. - Coordinate with a small team to achieve project goals effectively. - Excellent modeling, lighting, comping, and animation skills. - Strong 3D motion skills and experience in liquid & particle simulation. - Proficiency in Cinema4D + Octane, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycle + Eevee (additional experience is a plus). - Knowledge of Unreal Engine rendering. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere. - Ability to present to clients and collaborate effectively. - Detail-oriented with a passion for good design, motion graphics, and storytelling. - Openness to feedback and willingness to iterate designs in a collaborative team environment. - Curiosity, creativity, and ambition to drive innovative results. - Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. - Degree, diploma, or demonstrated experience in relevant field. - Excellent portfolio showcasing varied CGI work. - Proficient in spoken English. - Experience with global FMCG brands and multi-market exposure is advantageous.,
