Senior CFD Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize
ANSA CFD Modelling tools
to design and simulate complex thermal and fluid systems with precision.
Build and optimize
Full Vehicle Thermal System Models
to ensure accurate simulation outcomes.
Develop effective
modelling strategies
for
rubber and plastic components
, specifically focusing on thermally sensitive regions to enhance system efficiency and performance.
Manage and oversee
Part Structure Management in ANSA
, ensuring all components are correctly defined and integrated within the model.
Perform comprehensive
Full Vehicle Integration
, conducting rigorous model build checks to guarantee robustness and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and simulation challenges efficiently.
Document findings and provide detailed reports on simulation results and system behavior.

Key Requirements:

35 years
of proven experience in
CFD Modelling
using
ANSA
tools.
Strong expertise in
Full Vehicle Thermal System Model Build
processes.
In-depth knowledge of
rubber and plastic part modelling
strategies for thermally sensitive designs.
Proficiency in
Part Structure Management
and
Full Vehicle Integration
.
Ability to perform thorough validation and verification of simulation models.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Domain Knowledge:

Expertise in
Fluid Dynamics & Heat Transfer
