Senior Caller

You will be working as a Senior Caller Specialist at Arctex Systems, where you will play a crucial role in closing deals and ensuring smooth coordination with the sales team. Your responsibilities will include: - Focus exclusively on closing deals with potential clients. - Work closely with the sales team to drive conversions. - Handle customer interactions post-initial contact and finalize the sales process. - Address client concerns, negotiate terms, and ensure successful deal closures. - Provide guidance and support to the sales team to enhance performance. - Maintain accurate records of closed deals and sales reports. - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. To qualify for this role, you need to have: - 3 to 5 years of experience in international sales and deal closing. - Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (fluency is a must). - Proven track record of high conversion rates and closing success. - Ability to effectively manage and support the sales team. - Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking software. - Self-motivation, result-oriented mindset, and target-driven approach.
