Senior Caller

As a Senior Caller Specialist at Arctex Systems, you will play a crucial role in closing deals and ensuring seamless coordination with the sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to focus on finalizing deals with potential clients and driving conversions. Working closely with the sales team, you will handle customer interactions post-initial contact, address client concerns, negotiate terms, and ensure successful deal closures. Your strong sales and negotiation skills will be instrumental in achieving high conversion rates and meeting business targets. You must have 3 to 5 years of experience in international sales and deal closing, with a proven track record of high conversion rates and successful deal closures. Fluency in English is a must, along with the ability to effectively manage and support the sales team. Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking software will be advantageous. As a self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven professional, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of closed deals, meet and exceed monthly sales targets, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships.
