Senior C++ engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior C++ Engineer at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you will be responsible for designing and developing application code for APS, collaborating closely with the Treasury business and IT team. You will lead technical teams, manage software components, and ensure the quality and integrity of the developed source code. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, manage, and document C/C++ based software components for APS backend and Frontend. - Lead technical C/C++ teams, make estimations, and plan with Product Owner. - Complete technical software design in accordance with solution standards. - Identify dependencies between software product components and applications. - Assess and mitigate risks related to design, integration, and data quality. - Contribute to Level 2 support, problem analysis, and root cause identification. - Implement architectural changes as defined by group architects. - Measure and analyze code for quality and provide development estimates. - Ensure all code changes are tracked and recorded through the change management process. - Collaborate with functional analysts and technical specialists to complete work. - Design and implement test cases in collaboration with QA lead and develop automation for test cases. - Ensure accurate documentation at various stages of work in accordance with SDLC requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in computer science or software engineering. - Minimum 10 years of IT work experience with 5+ years of application C/C++ development experience. - At least 2 years in a leadership position.
