About Us:

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing personalized travel itineraries, managing end-to-end bookings, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients

Key Responsibilities:

Design and sell domestic and international travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, visas, and insurance.

Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.

Provide expert advice on destinations, transportation options, accommodations, and activities.

Handle travel inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins.

Manage bookings using travel reservation systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre or equivalent).

Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to get the best rates.

Provide post-booking support and handle changes or cancellations efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of client information and bookings.

Upsell additional travel services such as insurance, upgrades, and excursions.

Keep updated with travel trends, safety protocols, and visa regulations.

Train and support junior consultants as needed.

Manage end-to-end on-tour operations, including coordination with transport, accommodation, guides, and local vendors.

Drive travel sales and meet revenue targets through effective customer engagement and upselling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with any stream

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a travel consultancy role.

In-depth knowledge of global travel destinations and tourism trends.

Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

Familiarity with visa processes and international travel documentation.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Experience in B2B and B2C travel sales is an advantage.
