Senior Business System Analyst (NetSuite)

You will be responsible for the role of a NetSuite Technical & Integration Specialist at Poshmark. In this position, you will act as the technical point of contact for NetSuite integrations with upstream/downstream applications such as Bill.com, LeapFin, and Pigment. Your primary tasks will include translating business processes and data flows into technical and functional specifications, designing and implementing end-to-end solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP), and SuiteFlow, as well as performing data cleansing, transformation, mapping, and migration during implementation and integration projects. Your role will involve troubleshooting integration issues, script errors, and automation failures to ensure robust system performance. You will also be responsible for building and customizing financial and operational reports using tools like Financial Report Builder, SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, and Advanced HTML/PDF templates. Additionally, you will drive automation by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows through custom scripts, SuiteFlow, or third-party tools. As a NetSuite Technical & Integration Specialist, you will lead technical workstreams in NetSuite module rollouts or enhancements, support business stakeholders in their reporting and data analysis needs, and participate in process reviews to identify gaps and recommend/implement improvements for efficiency and scalability. You will provide technical documentation and support knowledge transfer within the IT and finance systems teams. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite and proficiency in Boomi. Preferred qualifications include 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP with exposure to SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder, Saved Searches, Financial Report Builder, and experience with NetSuite integrations with external systems. Minimum qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, at least 3 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP focusing on technical and integration aspects, proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. In your first 6 months, you will be expected to build relationships with key stakeholders, deliver technical requirements for NetSuite customizations, implement automation or integration use-cases, and deploy advanced financial reports based on stakeholder needs. In the long term, you will establish yourself as the go-to person for all NetSuite integration needs, create a framework for handling integrations, lead the rollout of new NetSuite modules or system integrations, and mentor junior staff while contributing to best practices standardization.
