Senior Business Consultant

As a Senior Business Consultant at Delaplex, you will provide process and functional product expertise for customer implementations of BYs WMS solutions. Your role involves closely working with customers to understand their business needs and deliver quality solutions that add business value. Your core responsibilities will include designing, developing, unit testing, and validating new modifications, as well as providing support for any production issues related to modifications. You will be responsible for the overall product/business solution design and delivery aspects of implementation. You will assist Project Managers in planning efforts, facilitate business diagnostics, process analysis, and design workshops, and write solution design documents to support business requirements. As a thought leader in your Product Solution area, you will provide advice to customers on industry best practices and process methodology. You will also identify revenue opportunities with existing customers and serve as a functional liaison between Blue Yonder project teams and customers. Your role will involve setting up and coordinating user acceptance testing efforts, providing non-technical end-user support during "go-live" and post-go-live periods, and ensuring knowledge transfer to maximize customer success after project roll-off. You will communicate project risks, escalate project issues, and support business cases for future product functionality and enhancements. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience working with Blue Yonder's WMS solutions. Experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as HighJump Manhattan or SAP may also be considered. Strong business analysis skills, knowledge of statistical algorithms, inventory optimization concepts, and experience in supply chain management are required. An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research is preferred. Experience in a management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center is a plus. You should also have excellent presentation, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
