SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Role Overview: As a Senior Business Analyst with 2-8 years of experience based in Mansarovar, Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in enhancing business efficiency by developing new strategies and models. Your responsibilities will include communicating with management about the impact of these strategies on business efficiency and generating monthly performance reports. You will use these reports to identify areas for business improvement and effectively manage the business analyst team. Your ultimate goal will be to find ways to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements. - Work with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and PPH. - Research, create, and present plans, analysis, and technical reports to the executive team. - Analyze current business processes and suggest improvements. - Monitor project progress, track activities, resolve issues, and provide progress reports. - Utilize various data analysis and organizational tools to uncover insights. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science or equivalent. - Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or related field. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Effective communication and leadership skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Details: Knowledge of Adobe XD or other prototyping tools is a plus. Self-motivated to learn new products and tools in the BI/BA/UI domain.,
