JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Role Overview: As a Junior Business Analyst at our company located in Mansarovar, Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in improving business efficiency by developing new strategies and models. Your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, creating and presenting plans and technical reports, analyzing current processes, and recommending enhancements to drive business growth. You will be expected to monitor project progress, utilize data analysis tools, and communicate effectively with both technical and functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and maintain effective communication channels. - Utilize platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer for business development activities. - Research, create, and present plans, analysis, and technical reports to executive team members. - Analyze existing business processes and propose improvements for increased efficiency. - Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, publish progress reports, and recommend necessary actions. - Utilize various data analysis and organizational tools to uncover valuable insights. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in business requirement analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements. - Ability to collaborate with technical and functional teams, and effectively communicate challenges and risks. - Strong team player with a quick learning ability. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. - 0-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Capability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and leadership skills. - Proficiency in maintaining meeting minutes, schedules, project summaries, and updates. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
