Senior Business Analyst Oracle Cloud HCM

You will be responsible for helping design, build, and continuously improve the clients online platform. You will research, suggest, and implement new technology solutions following best practices and standards. Taking responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products will be crucial. Additionally, you will need to be a productive member of the team. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and optimize business processes within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment. - Ensure seamless integration, data accuracy, and process efficiency to support business objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications. - Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM Reports to support data-driven decision-making. - Create and optimize Fast Formulas to streamline data processing and automate business rules. - Implement and manage Core HR functionalities to ensure efficient and compliant HR operations. - Provide end-user support and troubleshoot technical issues within the Oracle HCM suite. - Conduct regular system audits to maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance. - Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration with other business systems. - Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and user experience. - Mentor junior analysts on Oracle Cloud HCM tools, standards, and best practices. - Document key processes and create user manuals to support training and adoption. - Stay abreast of the latest Oracle Cloud HCM features and updates, leveraging them to drive innovation. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM tools and modules. - Strong expertise in OC HCM Reports and Fast Formula for data handling and automation. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and enhance business processes. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Proven ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and onsite responsibilities. - Ideally, up to 12 years of overall experience in business analysis within HCM or enterprise environments.
