About the Role:

Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead

    requirements gathering

    prioritization

    for digital and omnichannel analytics initiatives.
  • Collaborate with

    digital marketing

    ,

    IT

    , and

    data science

    teams to define KPIs and campaign success metrics.
  • Analyze performance data from

    CRM

    marketing automation

    , and

    digital platforms

    to generate actionable insights.
  • Translate business objectives into technical requirements for analytics teams to develop

    dashboards, reports

    , and

    data models

    .
  • Facilitate workshops to identify improvement opportunities in

    digital engagement

    and

    customer journey mapping

    .
  • Develop and maintain

    BRDs, FRDs

    , and

    user stories

    for analytics and reporting projects.
  • Support

    segmentation

    ,

    targeting

    , and

    personalization

    strategies for HCPs and patients.
  • Ensure adherence to

    pharma compliance

    and

    data privacy standards

    (HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Drive continuous improvement in

    data quality

    ,

    process optimization

    , and

    omnichannel performance metrics

    .
  • Act as the

    bridge between business and technical/data teams

    , ensuring smooth delivery of analytics solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience as a

    Business Analyst

    or

    Digital Analytics Professional

    within

    Pharma / Life Sciences

    .
  • Deep understanding of

    omnichannel marketing

    ,

    CRM systems

    , and

    digital engagement

    workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with

    pharma omnichannel data

    (CRM, email, web, field force, social media, call center).
  • Strong skills in

    SQL

    ,

    Excel

    , and

    data visualization tools

    (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exposure to

    Databricks

    or other modern data platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with

    Veeva CRM

    ,

    Salesforce Marketing Cloud

    , or

    Adobe Experience Cloud

    preferred.
  • Working knowledge of

    customer journey mapping

    ,

    segmentation

    , and

    personalization techniques

    .
  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Life Sciences, Business, or Information Systems

    (Master’s / MBA preferred).
