You’ll lead structured assessments, drive stakeholder alignment, and architect transformation roadmaps across global delivery models. Your expertise will shape how we build, deploy, and scale technology—especially in cloud-first environments.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on contributor with:

✅ Minimum 10 years of experience in SDLC across large-scale enterprise environments

✅ Proven background in Financial Services domain

✅ Strong Business Analysis skills with CSPO certification preferred

✅ Experience working across Global Delivery Models

✅ Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC lifecycle mapping

✅ Ability to lead high-level conversations with senior stakeholders

✅ Pre-sales experience in developing and pitching tech offerings

✅ Exposure to cloud transformation initiatives is a plus

✅ Sharp documentation skills and a keen sense of process improvement
