Senior Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst for a large-scale enterprise migration project from Webex to Microsoft Teams, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Supporting the migration process across discovery, requirements gathering, user mapping, process documentation, migration readiness, communication planning, and post-migration adoption. - Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams (Teams Architect, Migration Engineers, DevOps), and end-users to ensure a seamless migration experience for over 20,000 users and 200+ collaboration groups. To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - Excellent communication skills. - Experience with M365 collaboration tools. - Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Webex, Teams, Slack, Zoom, etc. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams features and workflows. - Proficiency in Excel, Visio/Miro, and project management tools. - Prior experience supporting IT transformation or migration projects.
