Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst cum Scrum Master (BA+SM) who can drive

requirement gathering, write detailed user stories, support development teams, and lead all

Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Review high-level requirements and collaborate with Product Managers, Content teams,
• and cross-functional stakeholders to understand the scope of proposed projects.
• Review UX designs and work closely with UX designers to ensure alignment with
• business needs.
• Create detailed Jira stories with clear Acceptance Criteria, including bugs and
• enhancements.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications,
• Business Rules, Use Cases, and API-related documentation.
• Lead backlog grooming sessions and ensure stories are well-refined and ready for
• development.
• Support and unblock development teams by answering requirement-related questions
• and creating relevant test data.
• Collaborate closely with QA/SDET and Development teams during testing and provide
• clarification on requirements.
• Ensure all deliverables meet functional and UX expectations.
• Scrum Master Responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning,
• Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Monitor sprint progress and ensure development is on track for timely delivery.
• Remove blockers for the development team and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain sprint reports, burn-down charts, and overall sprint health dashboards.
• Coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely
• issue resolution.
• Track team velocity and improve sprint efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 712 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a hybrid BA+SM
• role.
• Strong experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing Jira
• workflows.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with UX teams, Product teams, and Technical teams.

Ability to create BRDs, Functional Specifications, use cases, and API documentation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel within Agile environments.

Good to Have

Experience working with distributed teams in EST shift.

Knowledge of Confluence, API testing basics, and UX flows.

Exposure to cloud or digital product environments.
