Job Description

bout the Role: You would be part of program management team and work on customer life cycle management of banks customers. You will work closely with stakeholders across banks relationship management channels, data science unit and product teams to analyze and unlock new avenues of customer value. Management and reporting of day-to-day business performance will be a key responsibility area along with synthesis of data driven and actionable insights for improving channels operational efficiency, customer balance growth and cross-sell conversions. Job Responsibilities: Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SQL, etc. Empower operations teams by creating automated dashboards and reports using Power BI Experience in working with large and multiple datasets, data warehouses and ability to pull data using relevant programs and coding. Proven ability to discover solutions hidden in large datasets and to drive business results with their data-based insights Present recommendations to business leaders and drive decisions. Also manage implementation of those recommendations. Develop and recommend metrics that supports Business and Product growth. Leverage analytics to increase customer lifetime value by pitching right product to the right client at the right time Work with product, program, and operations teams across customer/campaign lifecycle Education, Work Experience, Key Skill Set Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of working experience in SQL and Power BI Strong strategic thought leadership and problem-solving skills with ability to tackle unstructured and complex business problems Ability to build & use relationships and influence broadly across the organization Ability to work on multiple priorities with a strong result driven approach
