In this role as a Senior Business Analyst C13 at Citi based in Pune, India, you will be a strategic professional who stays updated with developments in your field and contributes to the directional strategy by considering their application in your job and the business. Your role will involve being a recognized technical authority, requiring basic commercial awareness and developed communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and convince others. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical, and understandable way - Contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance to gain insight and drive business planning - Convert business strategies to projects/products from design to post-production support - Support the management of front-to-back reconciliation, identifying operational risks, trade confirmation, and settlement forecasts - Be an Investment Banking Domain expert with hands-on experience in Reconciliations design and in-depth knowledge in at least one asset class - Manage Regulatory Project management and various technological aspects including Machine Learning, RPA, APIs, and Microservices architecture-based application development Qualifications Required: - 10-14 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis - Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools - Proven diplomatic and analytical skills - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred - Mandatory requirements include TLM Recon tool experience, Basic SQL/UNIX knowledge, and expertise in Excel - Willingness to work in EMEA shift between 1 pm or 2 pm IST At Citi, you will have access to extensive learning and development resources to broaden and deepen your skills and knowledge as your career progresses.
