Senior Business Analyst - AI projects

As a Senior Business Analyst & Enablement Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing client expectations and ensuring excellent customer experience with successful delivery throughout the lifecycle of AI projects. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and drive the design and implementation of automation and AI solutions that generate tangible business value. - Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical leads to ensure solutions are adopted at scale, align with business objectives, are user-friendly, and deliver measurable outcomes. - Actively engage with customers throughout the AI product delivery process, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships to position the team as a reliable partner in their AI journey. - Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience at every stage of the project lifecycle, anticipating customer needs, addressing concerns, and continuously improving service delivery. - Cultivate trust and confidence in AI solutions and team capabilities, encouraging customers to advocate for services and seek further collaboration. - Maintain a tracker for new opportunities, plan/prioritize projects for delivery, manage onboarding of new AI & Automation customers globally, and assess the state of adoption of delivered AI products. - Create business cases, business architecture, process models, data flow diagrams, and value stream maps to support solution design and improvement efforts. - Develop costing/chargebacks, timelines, project solution proposals, and provide post go-live support to customers, leading end-to-end business analysis activities for Automation and AI initiatives. Qualifications Required: - 8 to 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering, preferably in AI & Automation projects. - Proficiency in process modeling, user story writing, backlog management, and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira). - Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools such as Generative AI, NLP, computer vision, data labeling, and model training. - Strong grounding in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban) with certification in Business Analysis or Agile preferred. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.,
