Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable strategies and deliverables.
• Coordinate with design, content, media, and strategy teams for campaign execution.
• Develop and present campaign reports, performance reviews, and recommendations.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively.
• Build and nurture client relationships with a consultative approach.
• For candidates with NGO experience leverage your background in partnership management, donor communication, or cause-led campaigns to adapt to brand solutions work.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in client servicing, brand strategy, or partnerships (NGO or corporate).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
• Strategic mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable transitioning from a non-profit to a fast-paced brand/agency setup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with campaigns or collaborations between NGOs and brands.
• Exposure to marketing, communications, or media functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related fields.
