Senior Brand Designer

As a Senior Brand Designer at Brand Catapult, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Developing and executing creative concepts, designs, and layouts for brand communication materials (digital & print). - Maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints. - Collaborating with marketing and branding teams to conceptualize campaigns, presentations, and promotional content. - Designing visual assets for social media, website, emailers, advertisements, and other communication channels. - Supporting in creating presentations, pitch decks, reports, and internal communication materials. - Working with external agencies, printers, and vendors when required to ensure high-quality production of creatives. - Staying updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovation into brand communication. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Brand Designer, Communication Designer, or similar role. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, or similar software. - A strong portfolio showcasing branding, communication design, and creative problem-solving skills. - Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy. - Ability to translate strategic briefs into visually compelling stories. - Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
