Senior Bookkeeper (Accountant) and Reviewer for USA and Canadian CPA

As a Senior Bookkeeper (Accountant) and Reviewer at NPV Infinity, you will play a crucial role in managing bookkeeping operations, reviewing team deliverables, and coordinating with clients and CPAs in the USA and Canada. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee bookkeeping tasks for clients based in the USA and Canada. - Review the work of junior accountants/bookkeepers to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for CPAs and clients, ensuring timely communication and support. - Coordinate between internal teams and clients to resolve queries and deliver reports punctually. - Ensure quality control measures are in place and deadlines are met. - Assist in process improvements and the implementation of best practices in accounting procedures. Requirements: - Masters degree in Accounting, CA Inter, or Chartered Accountant qualification, or a related field. - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting, with a preference for experience in the USA or Canada. - Strong knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Business Central, Xero, or similar platforms. - Excellent communication skills and proficiency in client management. - Ability to lead a team effectively and conduct thorough work reviews. - Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
