We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant Manager to join our team and take charge of managing bookkeeping operations, reviewing team deliverables, and handling client coordination and communication. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee bookkeeping tasks for USA and Canada-based clients. Review the work of junior accountants/bookkeepers to ensure accuracy and compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and support. Coordinate between internal teams and clients to resolve queries and deliver reports on time. Ensure quality control and adherence to deadlines. Assist in process improvements and implementation of best practices in accounting. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, CA or Finance, or related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting (USA/Canada experience preferred). Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Business Central, Xero, or other accounting software. Excellent communication and client management skills.
