Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain blockchain applications using Rust
- Design and implement secure, high-performance smart contracts
- Build decentralized applications (dApps) and related backend services
- Optimize blockchain systems for performance, security, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in security and architecture

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–6 years of experience as a Blockchain Developer
- Strong hands-on expertise in Rust programming language
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus algorithms, and cryptography
- Experience working with smart contracts, decentralized applications, and blockchain frameworks
- Knowledge of Web3 development, APIs, and related integrations
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
