Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement statistical analysis plans for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and conduct statistical programming activities, including data management and reporting.
Provide statistical expertise and guidance to junior staff members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Conduct quality control checks on statistical deliverables, ensuring high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Participate in project meetings and discussions, providing input on statistical aspects of projects and representing the views of stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments in biostatistics and statistical programming, applying this knowledge to improve processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of statistical concepts, methodologies, and techniques, with practical application skills.
Experience working with large datasets, performing complex statistical analyses, and interpreting results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with industry-standard software packages and tools, such as SAS or R, is required.
A graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, statistics) is preferred; advanced degrees are also considered.
