Senior Biomedical Engineer -Firozpur, Punjab

Primary Responsibilities

• Add and map new medical equipment with 100% accuracy in the equipment database.
• Attend service calls and perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of biomedical equipment.
• Raise purchase indents for required spare parts and ensure optimal spare consumption.
• Maintain service records, submit daily/weekly reports, and update activities in the service application.
• Provide training to end users, clinical staff, and junior biomedical engineers.
• Escalate unresolved field issues as per the escalation matrix.
• Build strong customer relationships and work towards receiving appreciation letters.
• Maintain complete service history, including pending calls and indents raised.

Preferred Education

• Diploma / BE in Engineering
• Biomedical / Electronics or any electronics-based discipline

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of field experience in medical devices
• Minimum 5 years experience in Biomedical/Multispecialty Hospital
