As a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Coordinator at WSP, you will be responsible for creating, managing, coordinating, and updating 3D models of construction projects using BIM software. Your key responsibilities will include: - Integrating time-based scheduling data into the BIM model to develop 4D simulations. - Leading BIM coordination meetings and resolving any arising issues. - Developing 4D and 5D simulations using Navisworks and Synchro Pro to enhance project outcomes. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 5-10 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) as a BIM coordinator. - Expertise in using Navisworks and Synchro Pro for 4D and 5D simulations. - Extensive hands-on experience with BIM software such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Dynamo, Synchro Pro, and Revizto. - Familiarity with international standards like ISO and GCC BIM standards. - Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator on large-scale infrastructure projects.
