Position: Sr. BIM Architect
Experience : 06 to 12 Years
Qualification" B.Arch and M.Arch will be added advantage
Qualification: Graduate or in architecture or Engineering but not mandatory Have a minimum of 6 +years of industry experience in AEC and a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the BIM ecosystem Should have experience in leading a team.
• Should be able to lead a team and maintain a focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with client(s) over calls and emails regarding project matters.
• Engage with clients to establish trust so that there is a continuous flow of work.
• Be involved in the day-to-day project activities of the team and work with them to ensure daily delivery needs.
• Ensure Error free and on time deliverables and outputs meet customer expectations. Prepare checklists and guidelines along to help manage and control quality.
• Support the team on technical requirements. Take a hands-on approach and dig into any areas of projects if the project team is not able to efficiently resolve issues.
• Work closely with the team when you come across new types of scopes/ projects. Coach, guide, and train team members
• Review RFQs in detail and work closely with teams and delivery head to submit proposals.
• Follow quality standards and comply with Neilsoft procedures, rules, and regulations. Ensure the team's compliance with procedures.
• Responsible for managing the team's BIM needs. Guide and train the team and team leads on BIM processes and workflows where required
• Work with the Delivery head to enhance the team capabilities
• Keep up to date with new BIM developments.
